At Freedom with Nutrition, Tiffany Haug/Pecoraro, Registered Dietitian, offers personalized Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy designed to support your unique journey. Specializing in nutrition therapy for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions like OCD, ADHD, food intolerances, GI issues, and autoimmune diseases, Tiffany takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help you create lasting change.
Eating disorders often arise as coping mechanisms for emotional stress, but they can disrupt your relationship with food and your body. Tiffany understands this dynamic and works with you to move forward with practical tools that promote healing and balance. One of the most powerful predictors of treatment success is the strength of the relationship, otherwise termed the therapeutic alliance, between patient and provider. Tiffany holds this connection in the highest regard, creating a space where trust, respect, and personalized care guide every step of your journey.
Whether you’re just beginning or seeking continued support, Tiffany is here to empower you to build a healthier, sustainable relationship with food, meeting you where you are at, with care and expertise every step of the way.
Currently, telehealth sessions are available to clients residing in California, Tennessee, Washington, Minnesota, Mississippi, Arizona, Colorado, Virginia, and Hawaii.
The first step in our work together is the Initial Assessment, where we’ll take time to explore your background and understand your unique relationship with food. This session is designed to gather the full scope of your eating history, struggles, and any co-occurring conditions that may influence your nutrition needs. During this appointment, we’ll discuss the timeline of your eating disorder, its impact on your life, and how any other health conditions—such as ADHD or food intolerances—might be shaping your experience.
After the session, I’ll review the information and create a recommended treatment plan, which will focus on nutrition strategies tailored to your needs. This plan is dynamic and adaptable, designed to evolve as you progress. Together, we will establish your next steps in recovery.
The Initial Assessment includes:
Background exploration: A comprehensive review of your eating history, current struggles, and timeline of your eating disorder
Co-occurring conditions review: Understanding how conditions like OCD, ADHD, and food intolerances may be affecting your recovery
Timeline and context: A look at the development of your eating patterns and how they have influenced your relationship with food over time
Recommended treatment plan: A personalized nutrition plan that considers your unique needs, with clear goals for moving forward
Follow-Up Sessions: $210
(50 minutes)
The path to recovery is ongoing, and Follow-Up Sessions are designed to provide continued support as we refine and modify your nutrition plan. During these sessions, we’ll assess how you’re progressing, review challenges or barriers, and adjust strategies as needed. This might include fine-tuning the approach based on any changes in your co-occurring conditions, like ADHD or GI disorders, which may require adaptations in your nutritional plan.
Follow-Up Sessions include:
Nutritional strategy modification: Reviewing your progress and adjusting the plan as needed to keep you moving toward your goals
Addressing co-occurring conditions: Modifying strategies based on changes or challenges related to ADHD, OCD, food intolerances, etc.
Ongoing support and goal-setting: Re-evaluating goals and developing new strategies to address evolving challenges, helping you stay on track
